Before reading the next paragraphs, get yourself in the mood for what I’m about to say. Ask yourself: When was the last time something magical, serendipitous, or outright lucky happened to you? It can be a big or small event Finding something you’d lost. Reading an article that was perfect in that moment. Meeting a stranger who provided you a message of some sort. Money was found. A debt was lost. A friend called from out of the blue. You won something. You didn't lose something. Anything. Don’t read on until you’ve thought of something.
Okay. Here’s what I have to tell you about that event:
Suppose that in the beginning there was only God. And God created everything. That means everything is made out of God-stuff. Even you.
Also suppose that when God thought things, they came into existence. In other words, God-stuff becomes things. So, if you're made of God-stuff, you too have the capacity to create by thinking. Use your God-stuff when: 1. A friend is having a hard time, say, "I'm made out of God, and
You have a soul. It's not physical like your body. It's ethereal, like angels and spirit guides.
It knows you better than you know it, and it knows way more about everything than you do. It knows what you want most and what you came here to do and be. It wants you happy. It wants others happy. And it knows how to create that. All you have to do is ask it for help in your life. Use your non-dominant hand to write down its answers. Ask questions about its answers. Do this especially if:
I keep reading this quote that says, “The hardest thing about “everything happens for a reason,” is finding the reason.”
Except it usually isn’t In fact, it can be alarmingly simple. But before I reveal how, let me give you an example from my own life. Eighteen years ago, I came home to discover that my home
1. When it looks like you’re not going to have enough money for something you desire. Decide that you do! Then see what and how it shows up.
2. When you don’t have enough time to complete something. Decide what time you want to get done. Then get to work and be prepared to be surprised. 3. When you can’t solve a problem. Decide you get it solved anyway. Then allow it all to fall into place.
Sometimes life overloads me. There’s too much going on, or there’s crazy energy disrupting the peace. You know what I mean?
Those times are just ripe for escalation. When there’s too much going on, mistakes get made, which means even more stuff is going on. Or, when crazy energy’s disrupting the peace, it’s so easy to go into our corners or be reactive. Either way, we’re creating even more crazy, disruptive energy. So what are we to do?
10 times to remember you’re magic.
1. You’re late: Snap your fingers and decide you’re getting there on time (regardless of all the signs that suggest otherwise, and regardless of whether that means everyone else will be late). Let your magic do its work. 2. You want to eat, but you’re not hungry: First, snap your fingers and ask yourself what you really want instead. Then, snap your fingers again and decide that you have whatever it is that you want.
Here’re some nice visualization quotes for you today!
To accomplish great things we must first dream, then visualize, then plan… believe… act! Alfred A. Montapert Make sure you visualize what you really want, not what someone else wants for you. Jerry Gillies Visualization is daydreaming with a purpose.
1. If you’re putting off doing a dreary chore, decide how much time it will take you, see the clock in your mind, and see the finished task in your mind. Feel it! Then get to work and get it off your shoulders.
2. If you’re going to a party or meeting, and you’re worried about people not accepting you, visualize their faces greeting you with big smiles and/or understanding faces. See them lean in toward you because of their interest in you. Visualize yourself so full of light, people can’t take their eyes off you. |
