1.       When it looks like you’re not going to have enough money for something you desire. Decide that you do! Then see what and how it shows up.

2.       When you don’t have enough time to complete something. Decide what time you want to get done. Then get to work and be prepared to be surprised.

3.       When you can’t solve a problem. Decide you get it solved anyway. Then allow it all to fall into place.

4.       When you can’t find something. Decide that it finds you. Then pay attention!

5.       When the answer won’t come to you. Tell your brain to come up with the answer. It will. Give it time.

6.       When you’re overwhelmed with too much to do. Decide that it all gets done with surprising efficiency. Then get to work knowing you’re in for a surprise.

7.       When you’re in a disagreement, and you can’t find the word or idea to calm the incident. Decide that it will just come to you, and be prepared that you may be totally surprised.

8.       When you want to eat, but you’re not hungry. You decide that you really get what you’re hungering for, whatever that might be.

If, as Carolyn Myss posits, biography is biology, feeding our cells positive mental experiences can be as healing as having the actual positive experience itself. The method that Joanne developed is called "processing". – K. Jensen

9.       When you want to be alone because you need some quiet time, but you think others will be upset. Decide that they understand, and that your absence causes them no problems.

10.   Any time your first thought is that something is impossible, or it’s always going to be a certain way, use your liberty to create something else. Create something that will make you  and those in your circle happy. That’s real liberty.
