9 ways to live as a body with a soul

You have a soul. It's not physical like your body. It's ethereal, like angels and spirit guides.

It knows you better than you know it, and it knows way more about everything than you do. It knows what you want most and what you came here to do and be. It wants you happy. It wants others happy. And it knows how to create that.

All you have to do is ask it for help in your life. Use your non-dominant hand to write down its answers.  Ask questions about its answers.  Do this especially if:

You're mad; ask your soul if being mad is the best thing to be in the moment. Ask it what you need to feel happier, and ask it to help you create that. 

2.  You're walking around with a bunch of resentment, ask your soul what it is that you want and need to feel better. Your soul doesn't want you feeling resentful. Listen to it. Maybe what's going on is imagined, maybe it's not. Ask your soul for help. 

3.  Your goals don’t get you pumped; ask your soul what it is that you really want to do. Your soul doesn't want you doing things that bum you out. Maybe you're heading in the wrong direction. Ask your soul for advice. It knows where you should be headed.

5.  You feel bad about something you said or did to someone, ask your soul the best way to remedy the situation so you and the other person feel clean and understood. Your soul hates conflict and drama more than you realize.

6.  You're experiencing self-doubt; ask your soul what you should be doing in the moment. Maybe you're right about your doubt, but maybe you're wrong. Have a conversation with your soul!

7.  Someone has offended you, ask your soul what you should know about the other person, and then ask how to heal the situation. 

8.  You seem to be complaining a lot, ask your soul what it is that you really want. Obviously things aren't going how you want them. Ask your soul how to ask for things and how to express complaints so your needs, and the needs of others, get met. 

9.  Some of the people in your life seem to bring you down, ask your soul what they need to hear or experience to be more uplifting. Ask your soul to help these people. Remember, your soul's not limited to the inside of your body. Let it create good in your life. That's what it does best!
