Thoughts affect water, and therefore just about everything.

Thoughts affect water, and therefore just about everything. When you change your past, you change your future. Joanne Wilshin. The Happiness Path.
Remember Dr. Masaru Emoto from What the Bleep's Do We Know? He's the guy who taped positive and negative thoughts on bottles of water and then, using a high-powered microscope, photographed the frozen water molecules, or snowflakes.

And do you remember what those photographs showed? (I'm still amazed by this!) The photographs showed perfect or near perfect snowflake structures when the water was influenced by a positive thought, or by beautiful music. But the photographs of water exposed to negativity  were poorly formed and dingy.  On his website he writes:

When you change your past, you change your future. Joanne Wilshin. The Happiness Path.
"Combination of non-resonating vibration can result in destructive energy, and nothing can be created out of it. When some vibration and the other resonate each other, it always creates beautiful design."

I include Dr. Emoto's work in this blog because it is such a reminder of the affects of our thoughts and intentions on our own bodies, and everything in our surroundings. We are all made of water.  Our thoughts impact that water. It seems so in our best interests to think thoughts that positively impacts the water in our bodies.

But, as I write in The Happiness Path, it's not enough to superficially think lovely thoughts. Sometimes we have to dig deep down inside ourselves to discover what we're not aware that we're thinking. Because once, uncovered, there are ways to neutralize these thoughts and replace them with thoughts that, when thought, are good for your body and for your life.

Imagine having the ability to neutralize and replace negative thoughts! Not only will your body be more comfortable, but your life will reap the rewards, because thoughts become your future experiences. As I like to say, "Changing your past changes your future."

I can not say enough about this book. I have read almost all of the famous books out there about the mind-body connection and how your body reacts/responds/creates your life from a combination of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, including but not limited to "Ask and it is Given," by Esther and Jerry Hicks & "Excuse me, your life is waiting," by Lynn Grabhorn and several others. This book fills in all the holes that the other books left me with! M. Vertalino
