Our Power is in our ability to decide. - RB Fuller

Our power is in our ability to decide. Buckminster Fuller. When you change your past, you change your future. Joanne Wilshin. The Happiness Path.
I used to fear making decisions because I thought if I made the wrong one my life would be destroyed.

Worse, I figured that I had to stay loyal to my decisions, even after they’d proved themselves to be not the best.

The step I always forgot was this: In every moment I had new opportunity to decide on something. For example, if the traffic is slow, which causes me to decide that I’ll be late, the next moment I’m alive gives me a new opportunity to decide. I can

decide that the traffic is going to speed up. Or that I’ll get to my destination on time.

   It’s as easy as that.

When things are going swimmingly decide you want more of the same.

When things aren’t, decide what you want instead.

Wanting and deciding set the universe on fire.  Bucky was right. Our power is out ability to decide!

If, as Carolyn Myss posits, biography is biology, feeding our cells positive mental experiences can be as healing as having the actual positive experience itself. The method that Joanne developed is called "processing". – K. Jensen
