Nothing is impossible if you decide it isn't.

Before reading on, think of things in your life you'd choose to change. Better yet, jot them down on a piece of paper.

Next, think of things in your life you'd choose to change but think you don't have the capacity to change them. This is a little harder because two things have to be true:
1.  you have to want the change, and

Share
2.  you have think the change is not possible.

I'm sure there may be a wild thing or two that you can think of that you think is impossible to change. But in reality, if you can imagine the change, it can happen.

I remember being in grade school and President Kennedy told the nation we were going to send a man to the moon. I thought this was ridiculous. No, I thought it was impossible.

But then, in 1968 we went to the moon. It was on television. I sat in the living room glued to my chair, astounded by what had transpired between the time I first doubted President Kennedy's words and the moment Neil Armstrong made his giant step for mankind.

Nothing is impossible if we decide it isn't.

Everything can change if we have guts to see change is even possible.

So again, what would you like to change in your life? Look at the list you wrote. Have some things to add? Add them. Then think about the change happening everyday. Thoughts have magic to them. They become themselves. They become events. They become experiences. And they become objects.

I can not say enough about this book. I have read almost all of the famous books out there about the mind-body connection and how your body reacts/responds/creates your life from a combination of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, including but not limited to "Ask and it is Given," by Esther and Jerry Hicks & "Excuse me, your life is waiting," by Lynn Grabhorn and several others. This book fills in all the holes that the other books left me with! M. Vertalino
