Have you made your vision board yet? Putting it off may mean putting your life off.
Intentions, conscious or subconscious, are the blueprint for your life. To help steer your life in directions that make you happy, it’s important to consciously set intentions that do just that. One great tool for you to consciously setting positive
intentions is the vision board. Vision boards ask you to look at your whole life and set intentions for each area.
You’ll find lots of vision-board help, ideas, and example on the web. Here’re just a few I think might help you. I like how AD Ruffin's It’s on My Vision Board gives you examples of how vision boards have propelled others toward their goals. You’ll get ideas about what you can intend. Jack Canfield, of Chicken Soup for the Soul fame, gives you an article on his web site: “How to Create an Empowering Vision Book.” Yes, it doesn’t have to be a board. It can be a book that you flip through. If you’re at all doubtful that creating a vision book or board will help you, read Elizabeth Rider’s “The Scientific Reason Why Vision Boards Work.” Martha Beck also has handy tricks and ideas you can use to boost your vision board. Read her article “The Subtle Tricks To Building an Effective Vision Board.” Last, but best IMHO is Christie Inge’s “9 Steps for creating a vision board that actually works.” I love the order of her steps and the way she expresses guidance. Enjoy! Thank you for reading! Please share with your friends. You never know who it'll help or delight.
If, as Carolyn Myss posits, biography is biology, feeding our cells positive mental experiences can be as healing as having the actual positive experience itself. The method that Joanne developed is called "processing". – K. Jensen
