bankruptcy case.
This astounded me, and David, that I judge could do this. But to David, he had no recourse. After all, in his future as legal work, there was always a chance that he’d find himself in this judge’s courtroom again. You can probably imagine how upsetting this must have been for us. We were both very unhappy! As hopeless as it all seemed this was a perfect job for The Happiness Path! We were going to defy apparent reality. So every day we imagined David getting paid. Every day we imagined his client loving the work he did for them. Weeks passed. We didn’t give up. We kept our imaginations working to see what we wanted, even though we had no idea how the situation could possibly turn around. And then . . . . . . it did. David’s client wanted him for another issue they were facing. They trusted him. They liked his work, his work ethic, and his work style. They wrote David a check for the amount the judge said they didn’t have to pay, and then hired him to do further work. Oh, boy, did that make us feel happy! And yes, creating can be an act of defiance. Just because all the rules and apparent reality suggest only one thing is possible, don’t believe that. Decide what you want. Make sure what you want helps others. Defiantly create it! Have a “Creating is an act of defiance” story? Please share it with us.

You will learn how to dig deep within yourself to discover past criticisms and old beliefs that are holding you down, change them and recreate your life in wonderful ways and manifest/create an awesome future! I think this is the best book I have ever read in my life!” M. Vertalino

I'm happy that your story turned for the better. You must be grateful for keeping yourselves positive in the hopes of a better outcome. Creativity as an act of defiance is definitely useful especially when one wants to look at the brighter side of things. But letting one's imaginations run wild and disregarding the rules too much might end badly. Thus, one must learn to stay grounded in reality.
